When the ECM Admissions requirements are completed and applications have been reviewed, the following notifications will be made:
- Parents will be notified if their student does not qualify for the ECM.
- Parents will be notified if their student qualifies. The notification letter will request a response by a certain date indicating an acceptance of the invitation to attend the ECM. This will reserve the student’s seat for attendance at the ECM in the upcoming school year.
- If the number of qualified students exceeds allowable seats, enrollment will be determined by both a district lottery and application review. Based upon the district lottery results, parents of students who qualify will receive a letter of acceptance with a request for a response by a certain date indicating an acceptance of the invitation to attend the ECM. This will reserve the student’s seat for attendance at the ECM in the upcoming school year.
- Parents of qualified students who are placed on a waitlist after the lottery will be notified if openings become available.
